Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases from GAT Archive, operated by Grand Smooth Global LLC.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to eligible United States delivery addresses accepted at checkout. Checkout is the current source of truth for whether an address can be served.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every eligible order, with no minimum purchase requirement. The current checkout rate is USD 0.

Handling and Dispatch

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch on the next business day after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday normally begin processing on Monday; when Monday is a holiday, processing begins on the next business day.

Carrier Transit

After the carrier accepts the package, the current service estimate is 1–2 business days. Handling time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

We send tracking information by email after shipment. Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier first scans a package.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and phone number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Before carrier acceptance, we will try to correct an address when operationally possible. After carrier acceptance, a correction or intercept depends on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

If tracking is delayed, a package is confirmed lost, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us. We will help review the tracking and available carrier information. If a carrier investigation confirms loss or misdelivery, we will offer a replacement when available or a refund for the affected item, subject to applicable law.
