Agreement and Seller Identity
These Terms & Conditions govern access to gatarchive.com and purchases from GAT Archive. The seller and website operator is Grand Smooth Global LLC, located at 15375 Barranca Pkwy, Suite A-212, Irvine, CA 92618, United States. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must participate in the purchase and accept responsibility for the order. The website is not directed to children under 16.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product names, specifications, sizes, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, and packaging may create minor differences. A material difference in the item received is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Independent Retailer
GAT Archive is an independent retailer. Unless a product page expressly states a relationship that we can verify, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of the brands displayed on the website. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products offered for sale.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Store prices and checkout settlement are in U.S. dollars. Before payment, checkout displays the product price, discounts, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and final order total. Available payment methods are the methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before shipment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees after payment.
Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order request; it does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of unavailable inventory, failed or reversed payment, a credible fraud or security concern, a legal restriction, purchase limits, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation, Inventory, and Substitutions
You may request cancellation before shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment, but cancellation is complete only when we confirm it. If the order has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. We do not substitute a different product, size, or color without your agreement.
Shipping, Returns, and Risk
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Nothing in these Terms removes remedies required by law for goods that are lost, damaged, not delivered, or otherwise nonconforming.
Website Content and Acceptable Use
Website text, original images, graphics, layout, and other content owned by Grand Smooth Global LLC may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. You must not interfere with website security, submit false information, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use the website for unlawful activity.

The website uses or may link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.
Service Availability and Liability

If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
